Branislav Jovančević is a Belgrade-based composer, producer, cultural manager and journalist working across film, theatre and experimental music. His practice bridges electronic and acoustic forms, often drawing on Balkan musical heritage through contemporary sound design.

He has composed for international film, theatre and dance productions, including works for GöteborgsOperans Danskompani and Gessnerallee Zürich. Alongside his artistic work, he is co-founder of Polja Festival (member of SHAPE+ and UPBEAT platforms) and plusplusplus Festival, and has curated programs for key independent venues in Belgrade.

His work focuses on building transnational cultural networks, supporting experimental music scenes, and fostering collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
